Whiskymofo 4.0 Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By entering the Whiskymofo 4.0 Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo (trading as Whiskymofo).
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.
Employees of Vinomofo (including Whiskymofo) and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Residents of the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.
4. Entry Period
The giveaway is valid for entries received between 9:00am AEDT and 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
5. How to Enter
Every case of spirits purchased during the entry period qualifies as one entry into the giveaway.
Wine purchases are excluded from this promotion.
Eligible spirits include the following categories:
Scotch
Tequila
Bourbon (USA)
American
Gin
Cognac/Armagnac
Japanese
Rum
Liqueur
Irish
Australian
Cocktail
The more cases of eligible spirits you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per case).
No other forms of entry are accepted.
6. Prize
There will be 1 winner, receiving The Macallan Harmony Full Collection (6 bottles), valued at AUD $3,495.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.
7. Selection of Winner
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024.
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.
If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within Australia, excluding NT.
Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.
Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
11. General
Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.
12. Clarification
This promotion is exclusive to Whiskymofo and applies only to spirits categories listed above.
Purchases of wine or other products not listed as eligible spirits do not qualify for entry.
