Year of free shipping
If you were notified via email by Vinomofo Pty Ltd (“Vinomofo”) that you would receive free standard shipping for a year, it’s in accordance with the following terms and conditions, as well as Vinomofo’s general Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion commenced on 13th July 2017, and concluded with a final intake of customers on 1st June 2018.
The free standard shipping period (the “promotion”) commenced on the date as notified in the promotional email sent by Vinomofo (the “start date”) and will cease twelve months after the start date, unless otherwise communicated to by Vinomofo.
Free shipping will only apply to customers who, at the time of the promotion start date, had spent $1,500 or more in the 12 months prior and had a metro or regional address as their default address.
The $1,500 mentioned in point 2 must have been spent on the one account and cannot be an accumulation across multiple accounts.
Recipients must be an Australian resident at least 18 years of age to receive this promotion.
Vinomofo reserves the right to seek verification of eligibility to receive free standard shipping under these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is non-transferrable, and there is no cash or credit alternative.
Vinomofo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of, or otherwise modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time. Vinomofo reserves the right to revoke any credits applied in association with this offer if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Vinomofo is not responsible for any eligible member’s failure to make use of this promotion while it is available.
Members who enjoy free shipping through other means such as corporate qualifications, foundation memberships, and other methods will not be affected by this promotion.
