The Grange Giveaway is a promotion that will take place site-wide on vinomofo.com from 5pm - 7pm, Friday 17 March 2023 (AEDT), conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions, as well as Vinomofo’s general terms and conditions.

This Giveaway is not applicable or promoted in the following states: SA, NT, ACT.

From 5pm - 7pm, Friday 17 February 2023 (AEDT):

 - Anyone in VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, TAS who purchases product(s) from Vinomofo.com goes into a draw to win 1 of 10 bottles of Penfolds Grange valued at $1000 RRP.

- Every case of wine purchased consitutes an entry into the prize draw.

- 10 ‘winners’ will be randomly drawn after the promotional period.

- Total prize pool is valued at $10,000 AUD

- NT, SA, ACT orders are not included in the prize draw (sorry mofos!)

Ok, onto the main terms:

Every case purchased between 5pm - 7pm, Friday 17 February 2023 (AEDT) will constitute an entry into the promotion.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into. 

Each individual case of wine sold will be considered one ‘entry’ into the prize draw.  

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident. Not open to NT, SA, ACT residents. The promotion is not open to employees, family members and/or contractors of Vinomofo. 

Purchasers understand they are entering a lucky prize draw, with the chance to win 1 of 10 Penfolds Grange Shiraz 2017 750mL

Returns or cancellations cannot be made for orders made between 5pm - 7pm, Friday 17 March 2023 (AEDT) unless product is faulty. All sales are final, users cannot cancel and re-order. 

Winners to be selected at random.

Winners will be contacted by email within the week to confirm their prize and may be required to show a form of valid photographic ID when claiming the prize. Details of winners (first name, first letter of their last name and state) may be included in an email and posted on Vinomofo’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. 

Prizes are non-transferable, not for re-sale, non-refundable, and non-changeable. 

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vinomofo (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Vinomofo’s control)

b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Vinomofo) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Vinomofo;

d) any variation in prize value;

e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or any entrant; or

f) the use of the prize.

11. This promotion shall be governed and construed by Australian law and is run by Vinomofo Pty Ltd (ABN 69 149 404 197), Suite 103, Level 1/220 Ingles St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207
