The Black Market Club ‘Sign Up Offer’ 

The Black Market Club ‘Sign Up Offer’ is a promotion that will take place at www.vinomofo.com from 7pm Wednesday 1st March to 11:59pm, Thursday 2 March 2023 (AEDT), conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions, as well as Vinomofo’s general terms and conditions.

From 7pm Wednesday 1st March to 11:59pm, Thursday 2 March 2023 (AEDT):

$50 Vinomofo wine credit & unlimited, 1 year, Free Shipping token will be added to the Vinomofo Account matching the Black Market Club sign-up details. These will be added on the 6th of March after 1st Club Payment has cleared.

Not redeemable with any other offers.

If a club subscription is cancelled or paused, VinoMofo reserve the right to cancel the Free Shipping Token and/or any credits associated, at any time. 

Promotion will not be applied to those who have cancelled a Club subscription within 1 month. 

Promotion is only applied to the first new subscription - multiple wine credits and shipping Tokens cannot be achieved.

Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel any wine credits and/or associated Free Shipping priveledges at any time. Not valid in the NT (sorry NT mofos!).”

Ok, onto the main terms:

All new subscriptions made between 7pm Wednesday 1st March- 11:59pm, Thursday 2 March 2023 (AEDT) will constitute an entry into the promotion.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.  

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident. Not open to NT residents. The promotion is not open to employees, family members and/or contractors of Vinomofo. 

All sales are final, users cannot cancel and re-subscribe. 

Details of subscribers (first name, first letter of their last name and state) may be included in an email and posted on Vinomofo’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. 

Prizes are non-transferable, not for re-sale, non-refundable, and non-changeable. 

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vinomofo (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Vinomofo’s control);

b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Vinomofo) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Vinomofo;

d) any variation in prize value;

e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or any entrant; or

f) the use of the prize.
