Southern Hemisphere vintages occur during our winter months (February-April), so a 2025 vintage was harvested earlier this year. This Chardonnay has had sufficient time to complete fermentation, undergo bâtonnage for texture development, and achieve the balance between oak and fruit that defines quality Margaret River Chardonnay.
